This sophisticated property in Newcastle’s Honeysuckle locale went to market in 2017 with all apartments selling off the plan in only five days. The JG Vertical team were called in at the final stage of the build. Working on several building assignments, our vertical access team, reduced the expensive cost of scaffolding three separate seven-storey buildings. Our solution provided a cost effective and quality outcome for developer and builder.
We supply, instal and certify temporary fall arrests and anchors onto each external balcony prior to balustrades being installed. This is also done for permanent purlin mounted anchor points onto the rooftop for access to the external facade.
In addition to the above works, we also carried out remedial works, grinding, patching, caulking, painting and provided confined space services working alongside plumbers
