JG Vertical was engaged to deliver specialist rope access remediation works on a multi-storey residential development at 88-92 Elizabeth Drive, Liverpool. The project involved external facade repair and restoration works to improve the building’s condition, appearance, and long-term durability. Working in a live residential environment, the team provided a safe and efficient access solution to complete facade remediation without the need for scaffolding or major disruption to occupants.

Scope of Work

Pre-inspection site meetings with the client and stakeholders

Detailed planning and coordination of facade remediation works

Development of safe rope access methods for external building access

Assessment of facade defects and required repair areas

Implementation of rope access systems to minimise disruption in a live residential environment

Coordination of remedial works across multiple elevations of the building
