JG Vertical was engaged to deliver specialist rope access remediation works on a multi-storey residential development at 88-92 Elizabeth Drive, Liverpool. The project involved external facade repair and restoration works to improve the building’s condition, appearance, and long-term durability. Working in a live residential environment, the team provided a safe and efficient access solution to complete facade remediation without the need for scaffolding or major disruption to occupants.

Scope of Work

Pre-inspection site meetings with the client and stakeholders
