JG Vertical was engaged by Walker Group to support the delivery of major works within the Parramatta Square precinct, one of Australia’s largest urban renewal developments. Our team provided specialist rope access, rigging and lifting support across a complex live environment, contributing to the installation of large-scale architectural and structural elements within the civic and commercial spaces of the development. The project required precise coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure safe delivery within a high-profile public precinct while maintaining strict safety and program requirements.
Scope of Work
Pre-inspection site meetings with the client and all stakeholders
Detailed planning and coordination of works across a live commercial environment
Development of safe rope access and lifting methodologies for installation works
Assessment of access strategies to minimise disruption to public and surrounding trades
Implementation of rope access systems, rigging solutions and engineered lifting plans
Coordination with builders and specialist contractors across multiple stages of works
